Sales Manager – Retail Banking
• Minimum 5 years’ of sales management experience
• Lead and guide staff to improvise sales opportunities
• Assist and support sales & services team members to achieve outcomes.
• Resolve and troubleshoot complex sales and services issues to customers
• Good & strong communication.
• High sense of follow up.
• Able to work under pressure
• Able to allocate requirements of documents to Management for retail proposal and other related reporting’s
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Assign Targets to Branch staff and DSA’s
• Retail Portfolio Management
• To understand the business climate and devise the budget accordingly
• To maximize profitability from existing clients
• To add new relationships to bank portfolio
• To engage and connect with the client both Existing and Prospects.
• To ensure active utilization of portfolio and high utilization of sanctioned limits.
• Regularly monitor the account by reviewing the accounts list RM wise.
• Keeps ear open to the market information of the client which may be from their vendors/suppliers/other bankers and act on the information sourced.
• Deciding on the limits for new proposals/renewals.
• Direct reports seek demanding targets
• Effective communication of policies and procedure
• Achievement of Unit/Individual monthly and yearly sales targets
• Clients satisfaction and retention
• Completeness, accuracy & relevance of documentation.
• Individual objectives, training and development plans in place for all direct reports according to plan
