·       Bachelor Degree in Commerce

·       Qualifications Specific to Banking industry

·       Experience in Handling Banking operations in a centralized environment.

·       Experience in Handling clearing, remittances, WPS processes

·       Management of Account opening, maintenance and account closure operations with proper controls

·       Handled External Audit, Internal Audit and regulatory audits and their observations

·       Maintaining good system controls and segregation of duties to safeguard the operations environment.

·       Manage automation initiatives from the front and bring the initiatives to a closure with co-ordination.

·       Handle customer inquiries and investigations and use the information to improve the processes.

·       Domain experience in Card Center operations, Call Center Operations etc is preferred and desirable.

·       Co-ordinate with Central Bank authorities for query management and for relationship management.

·

·       Operations Management experience through the use of computer applications.

·       Presentation skills and driving strategic goals from operational perspective.

·       Experience in dynamically handling the MIS for proper management decision making.

·       Handle Excel files and word files and presentation skills

·       Previously worked in banking industry in UAE

·       Previous worked with Financial institutions in same positions outside UAE

·       Previously worked in Banks of large size in other countries with the same experience

·       Must have good communication skills/presentation skills.

·       Ability to work under pressure & strong attention to details.

·       effective time management skills and a good team player.

·       Must have good knowledge of UAE based guidelines applicable to the job.
